Returns

1. You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason.

2. The right of withdrawal shall expire after 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. In order to use the right of withdrawal, you must inform SIA Yappy Kids, legal address: Zemitānu Street 9, Riga, LV-1012, telephone number +371 27293780, e-mail address: [email protected], about the decision to cancel the purchase.

5. If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs to you.

6. You must organise a courrier to return goods by your-self to our warehouse address: Noliktavu iela 5, Dreiliņi, Stopiņu pagasts, Ropažu novads, LV-2130 (16-20 rampas). 

7. The customer is responsible for returning the goods to the seller and must cover the direct costs associated with returning the goods.
